Procurement Module Functionality​

The Procurement module comprises the core functions of the procurement processes within the organization. From planning, purchase request, evaluating selected suppliers, purchase order, invoicing till payment is all handled within this module functionality. To easily process the present features in the module, a user with granted access should first define the procurement settings to be used within different functionalities.

Procurement Settings​

The Procurement Settings functionality provides the settings options for the annual procurement items, charts of accounts, prequalification calls, procurement nature and procurement lots/categories.
